Visit your Google Store order history page, select the items you wish to return, and print the generated prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the device and all original accessories into a sturdy box, attach the shipping label to the outside, and remove any old labels.
Ship and Track
Drop off the package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
